Find us at the Lock & Quay Pub, 2-4 Quay Street, Truro TR1 2HB

Ground floor access is through the pub and to the left - there is plenty of buggy parking just before the main door to our sessions.

Parking: nearest pay and display at M&S, Lemon Quay

shhhhh! park for 2 hours free at a nearby well-known supermarket with a small spend there

Train: nearest station is Truro National Rail

Bus: Truro Park and Ride and regular bus routes into Truro City Centre
